At Tees to the Castle, we produce each item on-demand, ensuring your order is made just for you! Here’s everything you need to know about our shipping process:

Production Time

Since our items are printed on-demand, production typically takes 2-7 business days. Once your item is made, it will be shipped out immediately.

Shipping Times

Shipping times vary based on your location:

  • Domestic Orders (U.S.): 3-7 business days
  • We currently do not ship overseas or to Canada.
    Note: Shipping times are estimated and can vary based on destination and seasonal demand.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. This allows you to monitor the journey of your order from production to delivery.

Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order.

Changes & Cancellations

As each item is made specifically for you, we can only accept order changes or cancellations within 24 hours of purchase. Please email us immediately at contact@teestothecastle.com if you need to make changes.

Lost or Delayed Orders

While rare, delays can happen due to factors outside our control (e.g., customs, carrier delays). If you experience a delay or suspect your order is lost, please contact us. We’ll work with the carrier to resolve any issues.

Returns & Exchanges

As a print-on-demand store, we’re unable to offer returns or exchanges for change of mind. However, if your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please reach out within 14 days of receipt with a photo of the issue, and we’ll make it right.
